Job description
The Engineering Department requires a professional Quantity Surveyor from a Civil Engineering background, experienced in Building and Residential works. The Quantity Surveyor will act as client representative in correctly assessing the work quantities by site measurement and extracting same from drawings and specifications evaluate these and confirm project quantities, costs and invoices etc.
The QS will also provide support to Central Maintenance and other Engineering Mangers as required in evaluation of other projects.
Qualifications
B.Sc in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
